Began my model flying at the age of 8 flying a control line Cox PT19 trainer. I later advanced to flying Voodoos, Ringmasters, and a Super Ringmaster. When I married, my wife would also fly a control line Cox PT19.
My entry level to RC began with sailplanes typically utilizing a high start to launch the aircraft. My favorite sailplane was a 10-foot wing spanned Paragon. The Paragon was a terrific flyer and very docile! Several years later I developed interest in powered sport planes, and to this day, I have several .60 size planes and one quarter scale Cap232. I have one 60 size electric Revolver. I am 76 years old and have been an AMA member for a long time.
