Dean Stephens was nominated by his friend, Steven Drinkut. Steven shared the following sentiment about Dean and his support:
"Dean Stephens is an avid supporter of both clubs. He serves as safety officer and new member trainer for the Decatur Eagle RC Club. He serves as the secretary and new member trainer for the Huntington Modelers RC Club. He manages face book pages for both groups. He posts meeting dates and times for both groups on face book and thru cell phone texts. He has actively recruited new members who have joined both clubs over the past years: Steve Drinkut, Dave Schuckel, Brandon Gephart, Mike Gephart, and Craig Cavanaugh. He is always willing to answer question and help setup airplanes. He helped run a Boy Scout Camporee at the AMA Muncie site in the fall of 2022. He always invites our District Boy Scouts to club activities. I can't say enough about what Dean does for our clubs."
